Program

  • A non-profit organization of classically trained singers dedicated to bringing the gift of song and friendship to elderly residents in nursing homes and to other underserved audiences.
  • A one hour program by individual Muse Singers of quality and breadth with songs from varied musical traditions, followed by visits with the residents and bedside concert-visits with those unable to leave their rooms.
  • Personal caring, by its singers, for the elderly they serve.
  • Mentoring the new generation of MUSE Singers through the Paul W. Wiggin  “Gift of Song” scholarship.
  • Sustained support by the community since 1974.
  • Dependent on the community for 60% of the cost of this service to the elderly.
